ACE European Group (ACE), has today launched ACE businessclass premier, a new package of bespoke accident, health and travel insurance, services and risk consultancy, specifically for large corporate organisations.
ACE businessclass premier brings together a range of personal injury and travel insurance products purchased by corporates, their employees (including expatriates), and customers, combining these with other relevant products and services into a single, tailored and cost effective programme.
ACE businessclass premier’s holistic approach represents the first time a major accident and health insurance provider has brought together such a wide range of aligned products and services for larger employers. Clients will benefit from ACE’s ability to structure outcome focused benefit programmes, which avoid unnecessary overlap of cover, provide independent rehabilitation case management following injury and help reduce the cost of employers’ liability claims.
ACE can also provide a range of additional coverages, including visitors’ personal accident and image protection benefits. This includes covering the costs of employing the services of PR and image consultants to manage the release of information through the media, following the accidental death of an employee, or of a visitor or other person lawfully at their premises.
A range of allied products and services will also be offered to ACE businessclass premier customers, including specialist emergency assistance, security and travel advice, planning and training, critical illness cover and expatriate services such as moving and storage cover, healthcare management and legal assistance.
ACE businessclass premier offers specialist accident and health risk consultancy to assist intermediaries and their clients in identifying uninsured exposures and overlaps with existing insurances. ACE will also provide dedicated key client management, claims case management and customer service teams with telephone and web-based contact facilities
Bespoke insurance programmes will be developed for ACE businessclass premier customers with competitive pricing structures and pre-agreed service standards. ACE will continually review and advise on updates and enhancements to cover as soon as they are available.
